The house was awesome for our family vacation. We had 8 adults and 6 children and there was plenty of space. We loved the huge pool and hot tub. We also used the provided kayaks which was great. We would definitely stay here again. The host was great at communicating too.

We had a great time for our yearly friends’ weekend! Amenities were just as described. Host responded to questions quickly (even before our stay). Lots of parking and the location was super close to cool places to visit while there.

Perfect for families

We had 15 family members for a short vacation. The house was great with the games, Infinity board and awesome pool. They provide pool floats, kayaks and a games room. Host is excellent in communication and response to messages. South Bend hasn't on our radar, but everyone agreed it was the best family trip yet.

Marine Corps Reunion

We stayed here with a group and honestly, it was awesome. The heated pool and hot tub were a dream — we were in them every day. The kayaks were a fun bonus too, and the game rooms kept everyone entertained.The house is super spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. Plenty of room to hang out or have some quiet time. Definitely recommend if you're looking for a fun, relaxing place for a group getaway. Would totally come back!

Friends Weekend

My friends and I stayed here for a weekend and had a great time. The space was clean and I was always kept up to date with the host about updates on the house. He was also very flexible with us and accommodated our needs. We began recommending the house to our friends and families.

The place was Awesome! Todd was Great! The house was clean and we had plenty of space for twelve of us. There was plenty of things to entertain including the hot tub and pool which was still open. Unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool due to ND game day activities. The house was close to ND and shopping. Todd was very attentive to make sure our stay Great. Everyone Loved the home made chocolate chip cookies that was there when we arrived.

We had a great stay. The pool was warm, which is all i wanted! the Hot Tub was a great add as well. The yard was big, deer walking pass in the morning was fun to see. My boys played a lot of games in that yard. If South Bend is in our future, I would stay again. (Great toys for the kids!)

The pool & hot tub are amazing. The house was clean and had nice fresh towels and comfortable beds.The overgrown weeds and bushes need to be cleaned up right away. It interfered with the parking and the access to the street. There was also poison ivy along the walkway that needs removal.Overall, it was a great experience. Todd responded right away when the glass on the oven door came off and he had it fixed the next morning.We would definitely return. The property is close to everything and the walking path is very convenient.
