Would definitely recommend. Very Clean and well stocked. For those that have a hard time moving about, the master bedroom is located upstairs. The stairs are on the steep side. I did choose this location, because I could tell that one bedroom was located downstairs. Most other places, had the bedrooms on the second story. For those that don't have mobility issues, it is perfect!

Convenient and Clean

The townhome was clean, in a convenient location, and exactly what my family needed. Our host made check-in and check-out easy for us. The AC worked great and we really enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

Quite and comfortable Beds were very comfortable firm yet soft AC worked beautifully and we enjoyed cooking a few meals in the kitchen Living room couches were very comfortable even nice enough to fall asleep on while watching a movie Overall we felt very safe here. Did not have a chance to use the pool but hopefully next time we visit

Cute little townhome

Nice little place. Very cozy. Very small little community pool. Luckily it was never busy the times we went. Great quiet location not far from everything you need. The parking lot was pretty vacant, so I'm assuming it might be busier once college starts back. We enjoyed our time and will check this place out again when we come back.

This was our 2nd time staying in this unit. It's in a good location. Pool is close by, and the city park is a short drive across the street. Lots of stuff nearby, and only about 10 minutes from Kyle Stadium/Reed arena. It wasn't as clean this time as last year. One example - there was hair all over the upstairs bathroom floor and on the bathtub/shower wall. Still had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Property was nice but the keypad on the front door needs replacing. It's very scratched (photo attached) and during peak sun hours it's impossible to see the numbers on the panel to enter the security code. We weren't able to unlock the door when we arrived, but we called the local property manager and she was very friendly and able to help us.
