The host was very helpful,the house and pool was awesome!there where only 2 things that I would've liked different.the shower water didn't get the hottest and the air conditioner the lowest we could get it was 72 degrees but other wise I would definitely consider coming back!!!

Our stay was amazing- private back yard- host was very reachable- we were able to heat hot tub and pool to comfortable temp- house was clean- located close to everything you could need!!Would stay again if in the area

Beautiful Home

Was a beautiful area and the house was very nice. One problem we had was the downstairs air conditioning was not working properly which made sleeping very difficult. Also would suggest a few more pots and pans.

Family Weekend in Cape Coral

The house itself is large, beautiful and well decorated. However, there were some things that disappointed us during our stay. For one the Jacuzzi was broken, something we were looking forward to and we were not informed about it in advance. Secondly, the ice maker in the kitchen frig did not work. We also found a couple of small broken glass pieces in the patio, luckily before anyone got hurt. Lastly, the burglar/fire alarm was apparently faulty. It went off by itself one day although the system was not armed. We turned it off but still the Fire Deoartment came to the house and inspected the property. The fire inspector remembered coming to this house before for the same reason. The best feature of the property was a separate gym/game room which had a pool table, ping pong table, air hockey table and exercise equipment. This made us enjoy our stay.
