Great place. Loved the Bay Side Beach and then Just across the street the Gulf side. It made for a great contrast. Sunsets were amazing! House was fantastic

The house was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was the ice maker and the mosquitos. Thank you for a nice stay and beautiful views

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time at this house! Cannot say enough good things about it. Host was great to work with. Everything was clean and ready for us and we can’t wait to go back again!

Our recent stay at the Wine N Sea was very pleasant. Everything was just as pictured. The only disappointment was the grill was out of propane but that’s nothing to complain about. I do recommend eating at the Southbound Restaurant. It was absolutely delicious! I would have eaten there every night. Overall our stay was great!

This house was perfect for a family reunion. It accommodated 4 families easily. Having two fridges was a bonus! It was essential to have a bathroom in most rooms for the adults. Kids room was perfect for cousins to stay together. Minor issues were resolved in a timely manner.

Like Baby Bear’s Porridge: Just right!

The house is just as pictured and the location just as described! We will only ever stay Sound-side because it’s relaxation perfection! There were 11 adults and an infant, and we all had privacy and room to visit or not! We cooked our meals and enjoyed sitting together at the huge table! We enjoyed the pool, sat in the rockers, played games, and watched tv! Truly, it was a perfect Spring Break trip for our family of educators.

Awesome layout for large family or group of friends

We loved this house! Everything was clean and the floor plan catered to our large group of 4 families with 2 kids each. Each bedroom was spacious and the open floor plan was perfect for cooking and entertaining. The kids loved the bunk room and having their own area. The beach access was quiet, close and met our beach needs. Only recommendation, of course the summers are hot and humid. We would spent more time on the back deck if there were ceiling fans. Will be back again!
