The only hiccup was the front desk didn’t know we were coming. I was able to show the email confirmation and then they checked us in.

Great location! A few minor things happened and the response was immediate, even though it was no big deal. The resort was very nice and the staff were very accommodating.

I am somewhat tentative about booking via sites like this and renting from private owners. I am happy to say our experience was great! Everything was as described. The rooms were spacious, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The spaces were modern and well maintained. The property was huge and we loved being able to take advantage of all the pools and the activities. Also a plus - quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach. It was very quiet at night and we had peaceful coffee on the patio each morning. We were a group of 7 - it was nice that each couple had their own room and bath. Plenty of spaces for everyone to relax - the huge dining table was nice. We appreciated the little things too...enough coffee filters for our stay and some starter coffee bags, dishwasher & laundry pods and plenty of utensils/plates in the cabinets. We are already discussing our next visit and would absolutely rent with Casiola again.

Thank you so much for such a thoughtful and detailed review! We completely understand your initial hesitation about booking through a vacation rental site and with a private owner, so it means a great deal to us to hear that your experience exceeded your expectations. We’re delighted that your group of seven enjoyed the spacious rooms, comfortable layout, pools, activities, and easy access to the beach. It’s wonderful to hear that the little touches and amenities helped make your stay feel comfortable and convenient, and we especially love knowing you enjoyed peaceful mornings on the patio with your coffee. It was truly a pleasure hosting you, and we’re so happy to hear you’re already discussing your next visit. We would absolutely love to welcome you back to Casiola for another memorable stay!

The condo was amazing and everyone had plenty of room! We loved the patio where we sat everynight, so peaceful! Best part was the concierge service and having our groceries already there for us. We will definitely be back and will book this cond again!
