Very convenient to restaurants and beach. The beach house was nicely decorated and kitchen was well stocked. Only inconvenience is that it is a 3rd floor with no elevator.

The place was nice and clean. Great location and both balconies were nice. Toilet paper holder in the master bedroom was broken, and a handle to a night stand in the master bedroom as well. Our family loves visiting ocean city and this place was one of our favorite so far. I would say, the lady on the phone when I called to arrange check in after 5pm was not pleasant at all. She gave me the nastiest attitude but it was the only issue I had, nothing to do with the house or owner.

Great place. View of ocean highway is awesome.Close to the beach.Only issue (if u wanna call it that) is the two single beds (the bunk beds) are not comfortable. It does not have a box spring only a mattress and a mattress on the wooden slats across the bed frame make for a very uncomfortable rest. If they put a box spring in or a solid wood bottom the mattress would have been much more comfortable.
