Gulf view was good from deck. The place was clean. 4 bathrooms was nice. However, the first floor mattresses need replacing. The ceiling fan in one bedroom is very noisy. There is one sofa is very uncomfortable. There is a hole in the drywall next to the door to the deck. Several kitchen drawer pulls are missing along with the range burner knob. The very rusted deck chairs need to be thrown away needless to say, there are better places for the same price.

I’d keep this friendly and factual—acknowledge the good, let him know you genuinely would have helped, and avoid going point-by-point in a way that feels defensive. We're glad you enjoyed the Gulf view, found the home clean, and appreciated having those four bathrooms! We do wish we had heard from you about the other concerns while you were here. None of these items were reported during your stay, and we would have loved the opportunity to address what we could for you. We have a local team ready to help our guests when something isn't quite right—that's what we're here for! We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and will have our team take a look. Thank you for staying with Port A Escapes and for sharing your feedback.

This property was MUCH closer to the beach than I thought (boardwalk was very short) and the pool was easy to get to as well (and heated at night which was a pleasant surprise!). It had a well stocked kitchen (pans, plates, etc). The overflow parking is right next to the house, so super convenient. The decks had beautiful views. I liked that each room had an attached bathroom. And the check out checklist was very simple and reasonable.

Home was great size and excellent location to the beach. Kitchen was well equipped. Beautiful view. There were several things that needed repair and updating throughout the home that would prevent us from staying again.

Fantastic location. Great view. Nice updates. Killed a few roaches likely due to beach location. Couldn’t get dryer to work. Definitely would book again.

Couples Get Away

This is our second year staying at this property and we love it! We have four couples who took a long weekend to enjoy the beach and nearby fishing. This house is perfect for couples because every bedroom has a private bathroom. Amazing views of the water from the house and it’s just a quick walk to the boardwalk and you are right on the beach. Great location and great house!!!

Birthday Weekend

We had a short weekend stay. Loved having 4 bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom. All beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were clean and modern. The porches were awesome. But the den furniture was old and uncomfortable.

A GREAT family vacay property!

The perfect location!! Just a few minutes from town in a beautiful, gated community! The house was perfect for our family of 10, and having a bathroom in every bedroom was a HUGE plus! The kids had lots of room to play and the decks were a great place to take in some amazing views of the gulf! We had an issue with the wifi upon arrival, but a maintenance person was promptly sent out and it was taken care of! I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Sol to Soul was a lovely home. We especially enjoyed having a bath for every bedroom, proximity to the beach, an open kitchen/dining/living area. In spite of a storm that kept us from the beach after the first day, we found plenty to do. Dinners at Fins and Trout Street were excellent. Also the management was very responsive and helpful.

Beach Vacay

The house is in a great location, with a beach view from the living area, kitchen and large deck. Neighborhood is quiet with easy access to the beach and pool. Bedrooms & bathrooms are very nice. Property manager very responsive. Only issues: unpleasant smell in the stairway - possible pest control aromas? Cooking pans could be better, but otherwise the kitchen is well outfitted.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I have stayed here for 2 summer vacations now. Total enjoy the beach house - there is plenty of space for the 6 of us (and kids) and the walkable location to the beach is perfect. having the pool available is a nice change up from being at the beach everyday. We had an air conditioner issue and management quickly responded and corrected the problem.

Perfect for our family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: So much to love about this place! Each room had its own bathroom which was perfect for our family (grandparents, aunt/uncle, me and my small children). The very short walk to the beach was SO convenient, especially for a family with small kids. We could set up all day on the beach but the rental was just steps away if we needed something like bathrooms, a nap, snacks; etc. The kitchen was really well stocked and we enjoyed cooking together. Will definitely be back.

Not a great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed several times with this rental company, never gad problems until this year. No wifi, light bulbs out, air conditioner leaked, grill was broken and the shower handle broke, couldn't turn water off to shower, they came and replaced handle, then it could not turn water on in the shower

Great Location and Easy Access to Beach

The beds were not comfortable. Our King bed had hammocked and overall seemed overworn/used. The other King bed, the mattress was touching the floor making it uneven. The dryer did not work and the fridge has a leak. The home has too much oddball furniture pieces with the sofas were pretty worn and bent inwards.
