This is a great place. Unspoken benefit is the windows on the south side open above the spillway, which is fantastice during open window months.

Everything was great except for the jerks behind us in the alley with the trashy house- were VERY loud starting at 7am banging boards, loading things into their trucks, yelling loudly- it would have been nice to sleep in a little later. Also, with the AC unit in the living room, fans in each of the bedrooms would be nice.
