Beautiful property to relax and unwind, lovely deck and fire pit. Modern accommodation and so nice having the farm animals around as well. We loved our stay!
Absolutely loved our stay here. The views were fantastic, the house lovely and comfortable and communication with Karen was great. The proximity to Ladies Well was a huge plus, the kids loved the natural swimming holes.
Karen was an attentive host and responded throughout the weekend to any queries we had. The place was as advertised. I was there with 3 teenage /adult kids and no one had any bad comments. We will be back.
We had an absolutely amazing stay! The property is beautiful, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. Karen was fantastic to deal with—friendly, responsive, and made everything so easy from start to finish. Our group of 9 ladies had the best weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We’ll definitely be back again!

Many thanks for your fabulous review and kind words. We loved having you as a guest and would love to see you again.
Was ideal for our family getaway. The house had everything we could have hoped for. A/c was lovely on the hot days, the fire pit was fabulous at night to sit around and toast marshmallows and chat. The beds and linen were clean and comfy. The outdoor lounge was lovely for nibbles and wine of an afternoon. It was perfect. Thank you!

Hi Anjana, thank you for your fantastic review! We think it is a very special place too and are delighted to hear that you all enjoyed your stay. We look forward to seeing you again
We loved our visit to the Williams River valley and really enjoyed staying in such comfortable accommodation. The rooms were clean, the kitchen was well equipped, the air con works well, everything is fresh and new. Close to nature but with all the creature comforts. Amazing base to then get out in the southern part of Barrington Tops, as well as to Dungog and both areas of Chichester State Forest and the Allyn River. thank you to our kind and accommodating hosts.

Very picturesque
The propert is in a beautiful area, so picturesque. It is a good 30 minutes from Dungog, so you really have to take all your supplies.also pack water if you dont want to drink tank water. The property is on septic tank, you cant use normal products, but there is ample detergents, hand wash and shampoo to use.6 adults and 3 children stayed in tbe main house, there is 1 shower and toilet it did get crowded at times. The kitchen is well equipt with everything you need. The fridge hadnt been cleaned out , it had over a dozen bottles and jars of condiments and sauces from previous people. 2 adults stayed in the parents retreat, it was a good size, the king bed was a bonus and very comfortable. The decking is a great size with comfortable lounge and table and chairs.
It was a lovely experience. We were a group of 10 adults and 1 infant - everyone fit perfectly in the rooms including the living room's sofa bed. The heating was very effective, kitchen had everything needed to cook for 10, outside fire pit was excellent (the host had left us more than enough wood that burned nicely), view was 10 on 10, and there were a few lovely walks in the woods only a few minutes drive away.
Very comfortable property, well furnished. We thoroughly enjoyed our few days: glorious views up into the Barrington Tops, north facing so once it stopped raining the sun streamed in all day. Great covered deck to sit out and enjoy it all. The kids loved riding their bikes etc around. It is 30-40 minutes from Dungog so take in all supplies you need. You don't want to have to leave just because you ran out of milk or bread.
