Awesome place at an amazing value! Would stay here again. The upstairs room lets in light early in the morning because sliding glass doors are the only doors up there. Overall, an awesome place. Pool was great! Location very good too

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo. The layout of the Condo was nice for the three of us. We enjoyed the pool and we liked being within walking distance to restaurants and bars. Dean was wonderful at corresponding in a quick manner to all questions we had prior to our arrival.

This is our second time renting this property and I highly recommend it. It is clean and very comfortable and very much meets our family's needs. It is lovely to come back to at the end of our days out on the water and around the island to rest, refresh and relax. We especially love the balconies where we enjoy coffee in the mornings and a place where we end our days in the island breezes. Our host is very responsive and engaging. The location is perfect for zipping around Frigate Bay with very easy access to a wide variety of restaurants and easy access to beaches. Book and enjoy!

As the description states, it is a perfectly located condo. It was an easy walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was clean and comfortable. We have been to the island several times and stayed in a hotel and this was so much nicer and comfortable. Dean was a great host, very responsive.

Amazing property with a great location, and amazing and very responsive host (Dean). He even reached out to us knowing there were flight issues on the island before we did and offering help. If you're looking for a place to stay on St. Kitts, I doubt you'll find better than this property. The property is very nice, with all modern appliances and amenities, great air con and wifi, and located conveinent walking distance to Frigate Bay, local restaurants and bars, and 20min walk to RAMS grocery store. Highly recommend!!

Our stay at Silver Reef was absolutely wonderful! The property is even more beautiful and inviting in person than it appears in the photos. It is located in a safe area and is within walking distance of restaurants, shops, the beach, and many attractions, making it incredibly convenient. The pools are beautiful, well-maintained, and the perfect place to relax.Dean was an exceptional host—friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. He made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay and truly made us feel at home.When I return to St. Kitts, I will definitely stay at Silver Reef again. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable, beautiful, and memorable stay on the island!
