The house is set back approximately 500 metres from the main access road, ensuring tranquility. Restaurants and a ranch for horseback riding are just a 10-minute walk away. The house is close to the Sete Quedas Waterfall and the Simão Waterfall, some of the main attractions of Gonçalves.
