The house was exactly as we expected it to be and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Leonardo was a very communicative & helpful host and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a good base from which to explore Perth.

Great location, close to Scarborough Beach and local shops as well as Karrinyup Shopping Centre, not far to the freeway. A great base for a week away in Perth. Lots of space for Adults and Kids to hang out.

Had a great experience with the host prior to our arrival and was really looking forward to our visit, however on arrival house wasn’t ready after a long flight from the UK arriving at 8pm at night, beds unmade, towels everywhere and generally needed cleaned. Host didn’t seem too bothered by this when we called him. It was sorted within a few hours however not an ideal start to our holiday. Pool could never be used due to leaves and debris from trees so pretty useless really. One side of the house was more modern than the back end of the house the second bathroom flooded a fair bit with the shower and a slight damp smell. Location quite good, it worked for us and didn’t mind the steep hills back from the beach however might not be great for everyone. The photos definitely do the house justice and doesn’t really portray the real version, which is such a shame as we had high hopes for this property. It wouldn’t take much to make it great.
