Our Cozy Cottage is the perfect little Island getaway home away from home. Whether your looking to sight see or here on business, the Island is bursting with life and ready for you to explore. We are located in Greater Victoria's West Shore in the heart of Colwood just a short walk or 2-5 minute drive to Hatley Castle, Royal Road University, Fort Rodd Hill, Esquimalt Lagoon waterfront, Bird Sanctuary, Royal Bay Bakery, Royal Bay, Royal Bay, Beach lands park, Pacific landing, and much more. We recommend having a vehicle to better help you enjoy your stay. The space includes;
Private parking w/private entrance, fully fenced and landscaped yard, 1 bdrm with queen size Tempur-pedic bed, full bath, full kitchen, microwave, laundry, breakfast nook, pullout Dbl couch for extra guest or kid, Tv, cable, WIFI, movies, games, books, indoor fire place, skylight, French doors and private patio with love seat & chairs, BBQ, herb garden and more.

In house Guest book provides all rules and info. Absolutely no smoking inside. Mandatory biweekly cleaning on stays longer than 14 days.
If you are using the air conditioner, please keep the doors closed while in use as it defeats the purpose with them open. Use common sense.
In BC, we recycle. Please do not throw, cans, bottles, plastics or cardboard in the trash. Please use bin provided.

Cottage is very cute but very small. There is a pull out bed but any more than 2 guests would be tight...unless small children. Hosts are very attentive but respectful if privacy. Answer any questions promptly by text.Very clean. Laundry facilities good. We'll situated with access to everything

This is a beautiful, restful spot in Colwood, uphill from the ocean. We found the memory foam bed super comfortable and the garden and seating out back was a lovely space to eat breakfast but would also be fantastic for a trip when you plan to spend a bit more time at the accommodation to relax. Sarah was an extremely accommodating and helpful host and made sure we knew we were welcome to enjoy ourselves and make use of everything there. Thanks Sarah for our lovely stay!

Excellent place to stay. Sarah is a great host. The house is cozy, clean and private. The yard is a great bonus. Extremely quiet so enjoyed peaceful evenings. Well stocked kitchen, bed is very firm but was ok. Location is great to go to the lagoon and many other places. Beautiful forested area with trails just down the street.

We stayed at Cozy Cottage for the weekend. It was all you can ask for and more. It is a separate cottage with the owners right beside and they are quick to answer any questions or give advice about the area. The cottage itself was super-well stocked, with any bathroom supplies you may have forgotten, and the kitchen had extras as well such as spices, pasta, teas, coffees and many small appliances to make you welcome. If I could, I would give 10 stars.
