Spacious and bright, renovated 650 sq ft suite with full kitchen, queen bed and queen pull-out couch. Comfortable for 2, sleeps up to 4 guests. Private entrance. Close to food and amenities.

This is a self-contained basement suite in a family home in a quiet residential neighbourhood. The hosts live upstairs with their teenage son and quiet/friendly small dog (Beagle).

The house is exceptionally clean and truly feels like home. The neighborhood is quiet and safe, making it a perfect setting for families. The internet speed is superb, and the hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful. Overall, it’s a wonderful home away from home.

Great place to stay

We stayed for about a week and had no issues at all. The suite was clean and comfortable. The hosts were great! And suite is in a lovely area within walking distance to many things.

Lovely stay for 8 nights while we visited Vancouver. Property was clean and accurate to photos. Easy to access and in a nice, safe neighborhood. The pull out couch was rather hard, so we went to Walmart and bought a foam topper to soften it (left it there for future guests!). Standard supplies were available, making it an easy place to stay; my kids loved that there was a sand bucket and a few beach toys! All in all a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Host was very accommodating with an earlier check-in as we were travelling with many suitcases and had nowhere to go after checking out of previous property. Property was comfortable, in a lovely location and information provided inside property about local shops, dining etc valuable with closest shops only a short walk. We enjoyed our stay and would happily go back.
