Originally built in the 1920s by the Austin family, Austin Cottage has been given a new lease on life by the current owners and they are excited to share their home with you.

Located in The Junction, in Newcastle, the home is pet-friendly and features three bedrooms, open plan kitchen, living and dining and opens up to the private back deck and yard.

At Austin Cottage, you will be just a 250m walk to cafe's, restaurants and shops at The Junction, 1.2km from stunning Bar Beach, and just 2km into Newcastle CBD area.

Whether you’re escaping the city, travelling from country to coast or longing a 'staycation’ in your own hometown, Austin Cottage is the ideal destination for your stay in Newcastle.

The rear yard is fully fenced, and the home perfect for your fury family members to stay with you during your business or holiday stay.

Perfect cottage accommodation

This 3 bedroom cottage was perfect for me and four family members. The bedrooms, kitchen and living area were clean and spacious. The appliances and linen were all top quality and luxurious. The location was also great as it was within easy walking distance of The Junction with Coles, restaurants and boutique shops which catered for all needs and interests. It was all perfect.

Great relaxing getaway

We really enjoyed Austin Cottage, well presented and clean. We had beautiful weather, some of the beaches were closed but the ocean pools were amazing. The location was good, a little too far from the beach but was what was listed in description. The bond was higher than normal but we did not have an issue and got it released the same day. We would stay again and recommend Austin Cottage.
