Thanks so much for staying at the Woods V5, Julie! So glad you found all the little extras handy, from the paper towels and TP to the pool toys for the kids. We like to make sure every stay feels stocked and ready to go. Just a quick note on a couple things you mentioned: the AC on the main floor is actually sized to cool the whole floor, so that first floor bedroom should stay comfortable too, but we will double check everything is running as it should. And the spa pool hours are included in the boarding pass we send before arrival, though we are always looking for ways to make that info even easier to find.
