The place was great for our family of four and family dog. We enjoyed the location, close to the beach, restaurants and enjoyed walking the loop. Will consider for future trips to Wrightsville.

Very close to the beach. Close to a couple restaurants. Check-in and communication with the property manager was very good. Property lacked maintenance and had a couple issues. Probably better places to say for the price based on that.

We have a home in WB and needed additional space and this worked perfectly as we could walk to the room in less than 5 minutes. Great view of the sound. We will return as needed

I will start with the pros, excellent excellent location we go to Wrightsville Beach often and this was central to everything very easy to get around and directly across the street from the beach. The place was also very clean, especially considering the age. I thought the bed was very comfortable. It was firm but worked well my husband on the other and thought it was the most uncomfortable bed he’s ever slept in. So it’s definitely polarizing. The cons were that this is definitely an aging unit, the AC did not keep the place. cool at all we had a baby monitor with a thermometer in it and it’s read about 75 although the temperature was set to 68. The AC was loud, the door was incredibly hard to open and get our stroller through and took two people to hold, and it was definitely loud in general. Lastly, it is way overpriced, but I’m not sure if that’s just a general or remark for what you pay in Wrightsville when you want to go to the beach. For our purposes of needing a kitchenette to feed our child and proximity it worked well. We didn’t need anything nice and compared to our stay at the trailborn hotel I would say this was superior for ease. Definitely not a luxury of an experience though.
