Shuttle to and from the Village was perfect. Did not use the hot tub because of the temperature outside was so warm fireplace did not work other than that. Everything was fine.

Excellent location for our visit. Perfect size, fully stocked, nice amenities. The temperature control in the unit was hard to manage...needed blankets in the living room area to stay cozy so the unit could remain cool for sleeping.

Hi, Lilian. We appreciate your 5-star review of Mountain Lake Condo 102B and are pleased you had a fantastic stay. Thank you for choosing Natural Retreats; we hope to welcome you back to Big Sky soon!
The location of our condo was amazing. We had children that loved using the pool and we were close by. The amount of clean towels offered throughout the unit was incredible. Although the shampoo and shower soaps were small, there was plenty of them for use. The cleanliness of the living room rug was not desirable. It should be replaced or cleaned in the future. Our smoke alarm went off three times using the toaster. Although we cleaned the crumb tray, it happened again. Firemen jogging by stopped to help us. That was impressive!! A couple suggestions for the host to consider …. Place a lock pad at the front door entrance. We did not always enter through the garage, but always had to circle around that way to gain entrance at the front door. This addition would be an amazing plus for your clients. Ceiling fans would be a plus instead of box or oscillating fans placed around the unit. Being on the first floor, leaving the windows open was not considered safe. Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your condo.
