Private home with 2 room suite and private bath upstairs. Quiet and peaceful yet close to beach and downtown Wilmington. Great breakfasts specializing in homemade blueberry pancakes, ( gluten free and vegan too). Owner lives on property..
Sunporch, outdoor deck, hammock and hottub available. Close to 3 golf courses, great restaurants and marina. Space to tie up small boat at my private dock. TV, VCR, DVD, and WiFi provided.
Close to Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Rescue and Rehab Center. (host volunteers with turtle program).
Sleeping arrangements are queen bed in bedroom, queen sofa bed in den, one full bath upstairs and half bath downstairs. Refrigerator in room, access and use of sunporch, deck, hammock, hottub, dock and kayaks.
Free laundry facilities. Grill and picnic area. Smoking in outside areas only.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Lovely private location with beautifil views.

Our time at the VRBO was peaceful and quiet, while conveniently located near beaches, grocery stores, restaurants and craft beer pubs. The host is charming and serves a wonderful breakfast.

Phoebe made us feel extremely at home, breakfast was delicious, and the property was gorgeous. You’re away from the business of the beach, but still close enough the quick head over for a visit! We loved staying there and would definitely come back.

Fabulous Bed and Breakfast!

My husband and I had so much fun at Phoebe's bed and breakfast. The location was beautiful, and Phoebe's breakfasts were top notch! We stayed on the water most of our trip. We are thankful to have found this hidden gem and hope to return soon!
