Great Neighborhood, Great House

We had a great weekend for an Engagement Party nearby. The playset in the back was great for our 2 young boys and the house had everything we needed. It was comfortable and just what we needed for a quick trip. Thanks for everything!

Perfect space for our needs

We booked this property for a wedding weekend in Olathe, and it met our needs. We have older kids (college, high school age), and there is plenty of space to spread out. That said, this would also be a great spot for people with young children. The playset looked like it would be really fun. All communications with Evolve were great and they were very responsive once we were onsite.

Great place, excellent location

The only reason I didn’t give this property ab5 star rating in every area was the beds. There are 4 beds in 4 bedrooms and none of them was comfortable. We ended up trying all 4 over the course of our 5 night stay like Goldilocks. Everything else about the property was great—clean, well appointed and the perfect location.

One of the best VRBOs in our experience. Very nice home with lots of space. Very safe neighborhood. Beds were comfortable and towels and sheets were good quality. One thing to note is that no cooking supplies were available in the home - i.e. cooking spray, seasonings, etc. It wasn't an issue for us as we always bring what we need. Just an FYI to bring what you need for cooking. All the dishes and cookware we needed were provided. Our little dogs struggled a little with the back steps and back door, but we managed fine. The backyard playset was in good shape. The front door lock is a little tricky, but we were able to figure it out using the app as requested.
