My pup and I had a wonderful time in Moclips. The guest house was well stocked, very clean and a big bonus was the fenced in yard. Loved the big TV and the internet worked like a champ. I highly recommend this place.

Oh this a a wonderful place, I was a bit worried about being on the main highway but it was very quiet. The back yard is huge and fenced in. Great for our dogs . The bed were very comfortable. It had everything we needed. Well stocked . and clean

I have nothing bad to say about our stay. Property was excellent, glad to see they fixed a couple of minor issues we had in our previous stays. Communication was excellent, great responsiveness when I texted regarding a dead racoon on the side of the road in front of the property, it was removed quickly. Great for people with dogs, the backyard has improved, the grass has grown in and not patchy like years past. Clean, smelling good from the moment we stepped in. Well equipped everything from the kitchen to enough towels in the baths and enough pellows in the bedrooms. It was great, and we will come again next year. Thank you for a perfect vacation week. Ion

Had a good time house is well maintain, couple with us opted to stay an additional day, we all enjoyed the quiet area and location.

Great rental!

We enjoyed our time at the house. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. The fenced back yard was perfect for our dog to run around. Checking in was very easy. The beach was a super short drive away! Thank you!

Close to beach!

I stayed there with my dad. The rest of my family had a rental nearby. I hosted appetizers on Thanksgiving. Then we all went clam digging. It was peaceful and convenient. The kitchen is well stocked and the door code is easy to use.

Located directly on the Hwy this home was nice with a great fenced yard but very heavy loud traffic all night and day, had to walk on hwy to get to beach , had handicapped person with us made this a hard spot .beaches are beautiful but moclips is lacking

Cozy House

House was very cozy and inviting. Loved the fenced back yard!! Full kitchen with every utensil you can think of, high grade pans to cook on, nice touch! 2 full bathrooms was a plus also... Very quick drive to the beach 2 mins tops! AND LOVED THE OUTDOOR SHOWER!!! Best feature of the house! Would love to see a fire pit the next time we stay... wouldve been the cherry on top.

Dog retreat

Rob was great and accommodating. Took the dogs with us. Fenced yard was great. House was cute, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beach access was just down the road. Took the dogs to the river and had a blast. Would definitely recommend especially if taking your furry friends. You don’t have to worry about taking them out on a leash with the fenced back yard.

We stayed again at this property for 10 days for our yearly beach vacation. Just like last year the property was very clean, and all met the expectations. We had a great time, 4 adults and our dog. There was one minor issue with a towel rack in the bathroom. The property manager responded quickly to resolve it. Kitchen was all equipped. Wi-fi worked great. The living room couches are a little saggy and not the most comfortable for us but not a big deal. We will come back again next year. Thank you!

Excellent property!

We had a great time. The house was really nice. We travel a lot and rent through Vrbo all the time. We learned that you can tell a nice place by the way it smells when you first step in. This property is newly renovated and it didn’t disappoint.Very well equipped kitchen. New appliances. The shower head outside on the deck is a life saver this close to the beach to get rid of all the sand.For negatives, there is no dishwasher but not a big deal for a short stay and a small party. The wifi was a little unreliable during our stay, dropping quite often.Oh, before I forget, there was no wine bottle opener thatwe could find. Luckily i had a multitool in my car. Overall great property, well kept large fenced backyard for our dog. We had an amazing stay.Thank you and we will see you again soon.
