This is a great home. It was a little bigger than we expected, but the pictures are accurate and priced well. Itโ€™s a quick trip to downtown Gatlinburg and close to waterfalls, activities, and Pigeon Forge. Scott is a great host! We had a really nice stay.

Great property. Excellent views. Short drive times to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Everything was very clean. Driveway is steep so I definitely recommend a truck or SUV. A car would likely scrape at the bottom. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would choose this cabin again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cozy Cabin! It was extremely clean, beautifully updated, well maintained, and had fabulous amenities. We would definitely recommend it!One tip for future guests: try to arrive during daylight hours. The drive up can be a little intimidating in the dark, especially if youโ€™re not familiar with mountain roads. Once we saw it in daylight, it was much easier to navigate.Overall, a beautiful cabin and a wonderful stay!

House was amazing for our entire family! My teenagers loved the game room and hot tub. The views are worth the drive up the mountain. Big enough for everyone to relax after a busy day. Scott was a great host and communication was fast and easy. Wish we didnโ€™t have to leave. Book this house for an amazing getaway!

The cabin was amazing. Very clean, beautiful view, and spacious. My family felt right at home. We made a lot of memories together this week in Gatlinburg and it made it even better knowing we had a great place to stay. We would stay here again!

This was my first time booking a VRBO! It was the best experience and we had the best time. Very beautiful well kept and maintained home. Very responsive and helpful host. Unfortunately due rainfall while we were there and incoming storms we had to cut our visit short so to not get stranded. Better safe than sorry. My girls loved the pool table and were content just hanging at the cabin! Felt like home honestly! Mountain roads are at a very steep incline so be careful and go slow! Very grateful and hopeful to come back soon! Highly, highly recommend! THANK YOU!

Exactly as advertised. Great location with views! Things were clean and host was very easy to work with. The other reviews are not lying, the driveway was extremely steep, but was not an issue with a mini van.Overall great cabin.

We had a great stay! The cabin and views were absolutely beautiful. The cabin is in a perfect location to be away from the crowds, but close enough to enjoy all Gatlinburg/smokey mountains has to offer. We highly recommend it!
