Came up for a week to look at real estate with my dog. The back yard was plenty big enough to play ball. Jacuzzi was relaxing. Stores and restaurants,parks were all centrally located.

The inside of the home was pristine. It was sparkling clean and smelled fresh. Beds were very comfortable. We were in Show Low to enjoy the dirt track racing and it was less than a 10 minute drive to the track. Only negative was the outside of the property. It was in bad need of a gardener.

Has Lots of Promise

Nice property within a small neighborhood. Cleanliness inside of the house was great. Games and puzzles provided for entertainment. Items that would further elevate:The backyard seems to be a work in progress. They are trying to get grass, but currently a fair amount of mud. The backyard is fenced, but if your pet is an escape artist, they could find a way out. Front yard could use some TLC. Could help sell the listing. My biggest concern for someone renting the property is the master bath. The space is small, and an individual who is bigger or has mobility challenges may have issues due to close quarters. The second bath is much better.
