Newly Renovated Country Home

Looking for a rural getaway? Ideally situated between the beach/boat launch and the pub in Battersea Village. Spend a day on the water or with a hammock in the shady grove adjacent to the beach and then enjoy a burger and live music at the newly renovated Creekside Grill. Or head back to the house to relax beside the fire pit and listen to the soft lowing of neighbouring cows.

A pleasant 20 minute drive to Kingston. Enjoy the village and the city.

The house is an elevated bungalow. Take a few steps up from the front door and you’re in the sunny, south-facing living room with adjacent kitchen and dining. Stroll straight out to the deck from the dining room or head down the hall to the two upper level bedrooms.

Heading down the stairs takes you to a big, cozy rec room and another bedroom. Laundry is located in the unfinished/utility portion of the lower level.
