Place was nice and close to schools for moving in students. Could use more towels - otherwise the place was great.

Condo was really cozy! We all slept really well. My only suggestion would be a better coffee pot or a keurig.

The toilets are tiny. Like pre-k toilets. So if you are tall or large in any way, these toilets are not for you. You might want to bring a few extra towels, as there wasn’t a hand towel in the downstairs bathroom (but there was a pair of underwear). All bedrooms are up some steep stairs, so if you are out of shape, consider the couch. Which was extremely comfortable. This property was easy to get to. Great parking. Easy check-in. Great location.

Not clean. Found someone’s shirt. Popsicle stick on the table. Dirty towels in the washer machine.

Cute but slightly lacking

Perfectly located to Texas A&M. Super cute. Beautifully decorated. Just a few things could use some attention. There was only one tiny trashcan in the upstairs bathroom; none in downstairs bath or in the kitchen. There were nail clippings on the floor in the upstairs bathroom. The automatic front door lock does not engage properly unless you can push on the door.

The location was good. Communication was good. However, this property did not look like the pictures. I do believe we would have stayed somewhere else if given the chance.
