Very disapoimted

Have sent many emails Still not resolved pls refer to those emails as I’m not explaining myself again other than we only stayed 2 nights contacted you guys and host very in happy customer just wanting my money for the 5 days I am going to have to take this further as you just playing games with me it’s terrible behaviour.

Thank you for your review, Adrian. We have reviewed your reservation and can see that after your check-in, the next message we received from you was on the 2nd of July — one day after your check-out date. We did not hear from you at any point from the start of your stay until after you had already checked out. While we understand you left earlier than your original check-out date, no contact was made with our support team to request a change or shortening of your booking. As a result, your reservation remained confirmed for the full 7 nights and continued to block our calendar, preventing other guests from booking those dates.
