Gorgeous Completely Renovated!!

Our Island get-a-way is located at the southern end of Marco Island. This 2nd floor condo corner unit is quiet, has views of the water,screened in lanai, heated pool and is a water direct complex of only 14 units. Featuring two bedroom two bath condo and is walking distance to the South Beach entry access. This Amazing unit has been remodeled throughout , the kitchen has beautiful new cabinets, marble counter-tops and stainless steel appliances., tile floors, new fixtures, and just view the photo's to see just how beautiful this oasis has become.. Both the master and guest bath have been updated with new vanities and counter-tops. There are three flat screen TVs in the living room and both bedrooms. There is a set of twin murphy beds for those extra overnight guests.

Marco Island and the surrounding area offer a wide range of activities such as Shelling, Golf, Miniature Golf, Tennis, Snorkeling, Bicycling, Ship Tours, Jet-Skiing, Boat Rentals,Para-Sailing, Nature Tours, Casual and Fine Dining, Shopping in the quaint Shops on the Island and in the surrounding Outlet Malls. Enjoy the beautiful shops and restaurants in nearby Naples, and of course swimming on Marco Island Beaches, one of which was voted among the top 10 most beautiful beaches in the world.

Marco Island is the largest of the 10,000 islands off the South West Florida coast. Located in the Gulf of Mexico just above the Florida Everglades with average temperatures at 84 degrees with gentle Gulf breezes, this Island is a sub-tropical paradise.
