Residencial novo e aconchegante, tivemos atraso no chekin, só conseguimos entrar 1 hora e meia depois, por motivos de limpeza e estofados faltantes, mas os problemas foram resolvidos, a garagem é rotativa e apertada. Ótima! Boa localização! O apartamento é limpo, com vários utensilhos de cozinha. Só havia um lençol de cama para se cobrir e erámos dois hospedes. Também não deixaram papel higiênico suficiente. Qd chegamos só havia um pouco em um rolo que, acredito eu, ja era o resto de outra estadia anterior. No geral, a estadia foi boa e eu voltaria novamente. Recomendo!

Ótimo custo benefício.

Ola, flat bem equipado e localizado. Em Tambaú, fica a 8 quarteirões da orla. A cama é pequena mas confortável, agora o sofá cama é horrível muito duro. Faltaram alguns utensílios: cobertor, pano pra enxugar louças, pegador de macarrão, frigideira para ovos.

Experiência maravilhosa!

Eu e meu noivo nos sentimos como se tivéssemos no nosso apartamento. Essa é a vantagem de escolher um bom flat. O AP 1003 é confortável, aconchegante, moderno, tem uma cozinha equipada com todos os utensílios básicos e louça bonita, mas podia ter uma banheira aquecida... Infelizmente não conseguimos usá-la por esse motivo, água muito fria. Só faltou isso mesmo para termos uma experiência perfeita. Deixamos aqui a nossa sugestão.

Sala do quarto 1403 quente e sem ar condicionado

O hotel tem boas instalações, mas o quesito limpeza ficou a desejar. Outro ponto inconveniente foi que na salinha do flat não é climatizado e no horário da manhã pega um sol muito forte nas janelas, causando um calor insuportável. Se climatizar e colocar uma película nas janelas vai amenizar o impacto do sol e deixar o ambiente mais agradável.

Ótimo, tudo muito limpo e novo ! Um ponto que acho que poderia melhorar seria em relação a panos de chão para banheiro o nosso estava com um vazamento e no primeiro dia ficou todo sujo e não conseguiram repor . Outro ponto que senti muita falta foi um espelho de corpo todo, na propriedade só tinha o do banheiro. Fora isso tudo maravilho recepcionistas e funcionários do condômino todos muito atenciosos.
