There is only one smallish elevator shared by the building but this never became an issue. I really liked the rooftop here. They had power outlets to be able to work from the roof, while soaking in a little sun. The laundry access was so helpful, and they had free detergent during my stay. I also felt very safe in this neighborhood. The location was quite good for me, as it was a short walk to the beautiful Lincoln Park and all the restaurants Polanco has to offer. Would easily stay here again...

My 4-days stay was ok because of the location was conveniente and its in a quiet neighborhood. There were 3 problems: I found hair in the shower as soon as I arrived, the property ran out of water in the cistern on my first night and the nespresso machine didn’t function. I reported the problem at the front desk in my first morning and they didn’t follow, i did it again on my last day, they answered but i was about to leave the property… i wish you a better luck if you book this property

We spent 5 nights at the Kukun. Our experience was horrible: -No Air Conditioning: The hotel lacks A/C altogether. Mexico City can become hot during spring -summer, so this is unacceptable. To exacerbate matters, the city’s notorious smog prevented us from opening the windows for fresh air. -No Water: on our last night, the hotel ran out of water (yes seriously!). No contingency plans in place. According to the hotel staff, this water shortage was due a restriction imposed by the city. While it’s true that Mexico City faces water scarcity, why didn’t the hotel prepare for such an eventuality if everyone knew about this? They assured us that a “water truck” was en route to replenish our supply, but this was a lie. The hotel’s lack of proactive measures was disappointing and when things went south definitely, they did not even offer a bottle of water to allow us to brush our teeth. -Unprofessional Staff: they displayed uncooperative and unprofessional behavior. Despite being a native Spanish speaker myself, we faced indifference and blank stares when addressing our concerns. Not a single manager was available, they just ignored us. We sought advice from licensed tourist guides. Their amazement and embarrassment confirmed that Kokum’s treatment of tourists was far from acceptable. They recommended filing a formal complaint with the Official Tourist Office to hold Kokum accountable for failing to meet expected standards.

Pésima comunicación, a pesar de haber previamente llenado un engorroso trámite de Internet, al llegar, utilicé el baño, y al jalar la Cadena no había agua, me dijeron que me cambiaran al día siguiente, exigí que me cambiaron porque mi baño de entrada ya estaba sucio, y me tuvieron que cambiar a otro, estuvimos casi una hora esperando la señorita de vigilancia que la pobre abría puertas, corrió a solucionar, y encima, en todo el piso que me tocó, los vecinos bajaban a quejarse de qué se había desprogramado la llave, la única persona que estaba atendiendo ahí, no le quedó más que subir con la llave, Maestra, abrir todo, así que cada que llegábamos tenía que subir la persona, y abajo, esperando un ejército de huéspedes, fatal, es la segunda vez que me lo hace, nunca más me vuelvo a quedar en este sitio

La ubicación está súper bien nos encantó estar ahí muy fácil para ir a cafés y restaurantes Lo que no nos gustó fue que el colchón era muy incómodo y dormimos muy mal Igualmente no contar con aire acondicionado fue para nosotros muy molesto porque hacía mucho calor por la noche Las instalaciones se sienten muy nuevas y eso nos gustó, igualmente que tienen todos los electrodomésticos necesarios para la visita

Todo súper bien! Nos tocó en el piso 10. Solo si estaría padre que tuviera aire acondicionado. Hacía algo de calor para dormir y en la mañana, si tienes ventana abierta para el aire, pues te levanta muy temprano el sol. Fuera de eso, muy bien.
