Ease of access to the main attractions, with tram and bus stops close to the property. A well-equipped property with good amenities. Would benefit from a bathroom upgrade, particularly the faucets (taps) and shower unit. Also, for a 10-day stay, a housekeeping service should be offered. A general improvement on housekeeping standards is certainly desirable. Those items aside it's a lovely apartment and small improvements would result in a much higher rating.

Great location, it's a short walk to Canal street and the French Quarter, along with being close to the street car lines. The Waldorf is also on the same block, so great spot for a better cup of coffee than what was provided in the unit. There was a rancid smell in the elevators and lobby that we had no idea what it was, but definitely had to hold our breath, thankfully our unit was fine. Also it was cold during our stay, so could not take advantage of the rooftop pool.

Great location, apartment was clean, welcoming, and cozy. Unfortunately the lobby, elevator, and hallways smelt awful. This did not change throughout our entire stay, despite seeing several cleaning ladies in the common spaces. Also, the water in the bathroom sink pooled and nearly overflowed, which was gross while we brushed our teeth and washed our hands. Despite contacting Hosteeva to come fix it, the sink remained clogged and the water level rose with each day. They replied that they would come fix it and never did.

Property was nice and clean. Loved the seafood restaurant next door. Was very close to bourbon st, and many other restaurants. Air conditioning in the property worked excellent.

An Okay Stay

We came for the Super Bowl, and it was definitely a good deal compared to hotel prices. The room was in pretty good condition and met the needs of a 5 night stay for 4 adults. It was also mostly clean, but could probably use a deep clean at some point. I can't speak for the bed, but the pullout couch was pretty decent as far as comfort. There is a foul smell in the lobby, hallways, and elevators, and I'm not entirely sure why - just be prepared for it. The room smelled okay though. The rooftop is really nice. Like other reviews have mentioned, the parking garage is a little sketch, but we didn't have any issues with safety. The location is great for being near the action but not directly in it. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Condo was worth the money and would stay again. We read one review and it stated the 1st floor hallways had an unpleasant odor which was true. This odor was from a nearby seafood restaurant once we realized this it wasn't so bad. The condo itself was clean and didn't have this odor.

Referente al departamento todo estuvo muy bien, bastante amplia y cómoda, sin embargo el edificio tiene un olor constante a drenaje en la recepción y elevadores principalmente, también al hacer el check out las instrucciones solicitaban hacerlo con el guardia de recepción el cual no estuvo cuando hicimos check out.

What are you looking for? This place is less expensive than most within walking distance of the Quarter. The building is dated. There is a bit of a funky smell. And it’s a little noisy being on the street. The unit I stayed in was clean. The shower worked and there was a bed. We walked back and forth to the Quarter every day. Nice rooftop deck. A close walk to the trolley line on Canal as well. Will serve your purpose if you’re looking for somewhere close and safe.

The room was very clean and spacious. It had towels, cook ware, laundry detergents and even ground coffee with coffee maker. It was a pleasant stay with all the room amenities. I am very happy with my stay here and would come back.

Overall, it was alright. Room was not ready by check in time but customer service was very good about switching us to another room very quickly. The apartment was very spacious for 4 people and pretty comfortable. Great kitchen! The stay could have been much better had it not been for the ridiculous smell of weed everywhere, every day. Very disappointing.

Overall, our stay was ok. The king size bed was comfortable and the decor in the space was nice. We appreciated the supplies available in the kitchen. The bathroom, however, looked like repairs needed to be done. The sink drained slowly and the shower was too small. The building was older and smelled like dirty bleach water in the elevators. It was good enough for a short visit, but would not return or recommend this location to others.

The Condo was a up to date modern style, very clean and spaces. The management was attentive and resourceful when needed for questions or concerns. Security helpful and resourceful about the area eating spots and things to see in the City.
