It took a bit to enter apt with code, but once in all good. Washer instructions in English would have been good. How to raise deck shutters doors to go out on deck, more toilet paper, more coffee pods .

Excellent apartment, awesome price.

Great location, excellent pricing and beautiful basically brand new apartment. Everything you need to be self sufficient is in the apartment, all you need are groceries. Strangely no show curtain but just means you take a bath or a careful shower.

This is a nice 2 bedroom apartment that seems very new and clean. However, it didn't seem to be ready for rental as the small things that matter were not fully set up. For example, - no wifi, no resolution, limited response. Internet was not even hooked up nor had an power outlet to plug it into. - no hooks, dish cloth or sponge for dishes, no iron, blow dryer, limited toilet paper - unassembled clothes rack, unassembled pots and pans, no TV due to no wifi IMPORTANT NOTE: - code to front gate/door given was wrong. We had to wait for other tenants to come through to get in. Whatever code they gave, you must press "X" beforehand in order for the front gate to unlock.

Terrible Service:Unmet Requests and Poor Condition

The experience was incredibly disappointing. The communication was absolutely terrible—I had to wait in the car for an hour just to get access to the apartment. Despite the initial price including the city fee, they made me pay it again. The air conditioning worked only on the first day and then stopped completely. To make matters worse, there was a strong smell of cooked food in the apartment every day, even though we never cooked. On top of all this, they knew we were a family with a 10-month-old baby and had specifically requested a large bed so we could sleep together. Instead, we were given a small double bed, forcing us to sleep on the sofa to have enough space for all three of us.

施設はとてもきれいでしたが前泊者の残り物が冷蔵庫に残っていたり、使い終わったトイレットペーパーのゴミがバスルームの床に落ちていたり、事前情報ではあると書いてあったドライヤーがなかったり、宿泊施設の管理者に問題があるかと思います。 特にドライヤーに関しては困ったので連絡してみたところ、「誰かに盗まれたかもしれないので明日もってくる」→翌日になっても届いていない→「バスルームにあるはずだ」→確認したがやはりない→本当に私の部屋に届けに来たのか？と連絡→そこから担当者と音信不通になりました。 私は旅行前にその施設のアメニティ等をしっかり確認してから予約をとるので些かがっかりしました。 この施設の管理者は不誠実な方だと思います。

Der Unterkunft ist echt schön .Da wir immer in die Wohnung gefrühstückt haben ,wäre ja evtl nicht schlecht einen Besen und ein Schaufel zu der tolle Ausstattung hinzufügen. Ich werde es definitiv weiter empfehlen..ziemlich zentral gelegen, sehr gute verbindung zur Buss ,Bahn, Metro..Supermarkt über die straße, Beckärei auch in der nähe..wir sind schnell und unkompliziert überall hin gekommen. Auf jedenfall weiter zu empfehlen.
