We really enjoyed our stay this weekend. We were able to walk to unb for basketball, had a nice run in the mornings. Having a gym onsite, balcony and the rooftop made the stay so much more enjoyable! The manager was very helpful and kind that was onsite. We will definitely be back to stay again!

The Price was right but the excellent quality of the unit surprised us. Location was excellent: near the university and the downtown area. It had all the amenities we needded for our sty, easy to access, clean and well serviced.

Amazing Stay!

What an brilliant concept! This "tiny" apartment style rental is amazing. Our room was beautiful, clean with more than enough space. The kitchen has everything you would need for eating and preparing your meal. It even has a community BBQ and rooftop lounge. We'll definitely be back!

Easy check-in and out. Very easy to find Very, very clean. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. The room was quite damp. Surfaces were damp, bedclothes were damp.

This was a nice spot to secure just outside of the main streets of Fredericton, a short 5-10 minute drive into any part of town. Comes with a designated parking space so you don’t have to worry about that. We had to amend our stay last minute and the customer service line was very understanding and helpful. Would highly recommend!

It was 10pm, and the automatic system would not give me the key. Their telephone hours are only up to 6pm. So you don't have much choice. The system was super slow, you key something, and it took 2 or 3 seconds to acknowledge. I kept trying, and after 6 or so attempts, finally gave me the key. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Very clean, new, property! Great location - walking distance to downtown and university. Bus stop right out front with bus going by frequently. Parking spot included. Kitchen is well equipped. Room was cleaned every day. Private balcony was nice. Rooftop terrace is beautiful! Fitness room an added bonus. Beds and pillows comfortable. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here again!
