Overall my stay was good. The staff is extremely nice. My only issues were upon checking in, there was water on floor in the kitchen it seemed like the dishwasher leaked. A new room was offered to us but we were in a rush so we just asked for towels to clean it up. One another thing and I’m not sure if this is because our room was a connecting room or if the walls are thin, but we could hear the people in the room next to us so loud and clear as if they were in our room.

When we first checked in and went to go check the room. The trash in the Kitchen was never emptied and we told the lady at the front desk about it thinking ot would get taken care of, but when we returned to the room later on that night, it was still mot emptied. Other than the loud kids in the courtyard, it was a nice stay.

The stay was cozy. Everything was updated. I give the property a 10 out of 10 for cleanliness. The communication and instructions were great. The office staff was helpful, professional, and polite. The lighting in the room is a little tricky, so I advise you to ask about how to turn them on when you check-in. If I take another trip to the Charlotte area this will be my go-to stay.

I liked the concept of StayApt, but I didn’t like the cleaning part. For the money that’s spent clean linen should be provided daily and the rooms should be cleaned at least once or twice depending on the length of your stay. This was my first time staying at this type of property, but I think that if this type of concept is going to be successful think about how you can enhance your business model to make it more inviting to those that book your properties.

Decent property I just never been to an hotel that the lobby is closed. Had only one tissue roll in the bathroom had to keep going to the front desk to get more. The toilet kept running the whole visit.

This was a great option for traveling with pets. Room set up was great, the kitchen area was nice and bed and pillows were very comfortable. The woman who worked the front desk was great, she was very accomodating and helped with late check in. She was out cleaning garbage from the property too, unfortunatly she did this guests were just disrespectiful. Guests also didnt pick up after their dogs despite a few free bag and waste sites around the property which again, shame on the lazy people. There was marijuana smells AM and PM but didnt smell in the room thank God. I think this place was also used for low income housing based on some observations. I felt safe there with my 2 kids, my pet was safe, and I would stay here again, but just be mindful its not a 4 or 5 star hitel experience.

Bad Experience - avoid if you need to sleep!

The facilities were overall very nice. A HUGE problem arose due to no staff being present after 8:00pm. While there was a stated policy of “quiet hours” beginning at 9:00pm, no one was present to enforce or monitor this. The large inner courtyard area turned into a gathering place for rude guests. Shouting, laughing and drinking prevented sleep due to the windows and access looking over the courtyard. Noise continued until 2:00am. We will not stay here again and cannot recommend this property.

Horrible. Everyone is mixed. Families with children above individuals without children. Pets barking. Slamming doors, smoking, and just the wrong place if you want peace and quite!.. Overall, the experience was BAD!... New place but ghetto!!

I loved the set up. It was very nice, but the room was not clean. The floor in my room had something that looked like maybe dried up orange juice spilled all in the corner. The bed post was so dusty I could tell it hadn’t been wiped in a while. The wall has a spot where it looked like someone spit on it. It was very disgusting. I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping in the bed, scared that it might not be clean. So I slept on top on the bedding and opened the new blanket that was in a pack. On Saturday I stopped by the desk and let the office staff know. Today before we checked out we let the manager know and she came in and looked at everything and said she would contact you all so I could get a full refund. Very disappointing because the place was nice.
