Lưu trú tại FLC Sea Tower khiến tôi cảm nhận được sự khác biệt rõ rệt so với các khách sạn truyền thống. Đây là căn hộ du lịch dạng condotel – không chỉ có giường ngủ, mà còn đầy đủ bếp, máy giặt, tủ lạnh, bàn ăn, ban công rộng… Rất phù hợp cho gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn thích tự do sinh hoạt như ở nhà. Không gian thoáng, sạch, thiết kế hiện đại, view biển siêu đẹp. Buổi sáng có thể pha cà phê ngồi ngoài ban công, nghe tiếng sóng biển – một trải nghiệm khó tìm ở khách sạn thông thường. Dưới chân toà nhà là khu ẩm thực và café sôi động, rất tiện mà không cần di chuyển xa. Tuy nhiên, toà nhà không có bãi đậu xe riêng và không cung cấp buffet sáng như khách sạn. Nhưng bù lại, sự riêng tư, thoải mái, và linh hoạt khi ở đây thực sự khiến chuyến đi trở nên đáng nhớ và “có chất” hơn hẳn.

Điểm cộng lớn là vị trí đắc địa, chỉ cần đi bộ vài phút là tới bãi biển hoặc chợ đêm, thuận tiện di chuyển đến các điểm tham quan trong thành phố. Lễ tân tòa nhà và đội ngũ an ninh thân thiện, hỗ trợ tận tình. Tuy nhiên, do đây là mô hình căn hộ cho thuê ngắn ngày chứ không phải khách sạn truyền thống, nên sẽ không có dọn phòng hàng ngày, không phục vụ ăn sáng. Khách cần chủ động giữ gìn vệ sinh và liên hệ chủ nhà nếu cần hỗ trợ. Một lưu ý nhỏ là hệ thống thang máy đôi khi quá tải vào khung giờ cao điểm. Dù vậy, với mức giá hợp lý và trải nghiệm như ở nhà, mình thấy đây là lựa chọn rất đáng thử khi đến Quy Nhơn.
