Staff was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very soon 'at home', which is so important for frequent travellers! The most amazing experience was, however, the quality of the food in the restaurant, where a young chef really serves a first-class food experience!

Free upgrade to suite!

We were upgraded to a suite which was very spacious and comfortable but a little tired. It would not have been worth normal rate. Food in the restaurant was charged extra, was good although expensive. Breakfast at 14+ euros each and evening meals averaging 20 euros for a main course. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Would go again but not at full price.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit Wohlfühlfaktor

Da wir zu einem Konzert unter Corona Bedingungen in Ahrensburg wollten, haben wir uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht. Es machte auf den ersten Blick einen sehr guten Eindruck. Das Zimmer - trotz der Jahre - immer noch sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet - ein schönes Bad, gute Parkmöglichkeiten und sehr freundliches Personal. Auf Frühstück verzichten wir in diesen Zeiten. Wir können dieses schöne Haus nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen....

Ich war zu einem Seminaraufentalt dort und bin super zufrieden. Sehr freundliches Personal , super tolles Essen, Frühstücksbuffett reichlich und vielfältig, auf Extrawünsche wurde freundlich eingegangen. Ich würde sehr gerne wieder dort buchen.
