This property was stunning! A true gem in a wonderful area of Philly. It is a very large apartment with thoughtful amenities. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and will certainly stay here again when I visit.

We had a great experience and it was a really nice property. I only wanted to leave a review to suggest changing the cleaning products used. They left a very strong, toxic smell that lasted through our stay. That is the only thing that we did t enjoy.

Very clean and comfortable. We only stayed one night, but this would be an excellent option if you were staying multiple days. Kitchenette and refrigerator are nice. Convenient check in and check out. Very safe and secure.

Great apartment!!

The apartment was bright and modern and clean. The bed was comfy and we had everything we needed. The host always responded quickly when I had questions. It’s in a great location within walking distance to restaurants and many of the things we wanted to do. Highly recommend!!

The noise level was so loud, the walls paper thin, and customer service was really sub par. Sadly we had a very disappointing stay.

Hot water runs out - heat did not work

Other reviews state that the hot water runs out quickly so I asked the host ahead of time. The hot water indeed ran out after 5 minutes, despite the host host assuring me this would not be an issue. The heat also did not work on the thermostat despite trying multiple different settings - it just never turned on. I felt cold and unhappy with my stay.

This is the absolute best place to stay if you are looking to be in Philly for a few days. The space was fantastic. Everything you could possibly need. The pillows in the bed were the best I’ve ever had. The area is safe and you are close to so much.

Studio apartment in a walkable location. Was very comfortable and I appreciated the washer and dryer. Parking during the day is tricky if you stay in past 8am, but easy enough to find a spot in the evening.

I booked it for walkability and I was very happy with that. I didn't like that I had no idea where I was supposed to park my car while I checked in. I was expecting a Libby in site, not the entirety of the process to be online and remote. Otherwise I was quite satisfied and would recommend this to others.

Customer service was on point and did take care of me not only that they upgraded my stay but as far as the place itself, I couldn’t even get in the door and they couldn’t find Maintenance to get me in the door so I had to go to a different one all the way across town
