The lady at check-in was very nice even after dealing with a very rude customer right before helping me. She explained breakfast times, bar hours, and gave me information about the shuttle service. Hotel was very clean. Darrell, the shuttle driver was very nice and got us to and from our event at the NRG pretty quickly. We enjoyed our stay.

I had to go to MD Anderson Hospital, and this hotel is a perfect place to stay! The staff there is very helpful and sweet! Plus they offer free transportation to MD Anderson Hospital, which is amazing! I highly recommend this hotel, and plan to use them again in the future!

We enjoyed the convenience of Hotel Ylem’s location to dining and groceries. The room is a good size, but it would be nicer to also have an easy chair for seating. The TV required our fiddling to get it to work everyday even after maintenance looked into it. We enjoyed the available breakfast options.
