The location is perfect and the staff very pleasant and accommodating. Internet access is very fluid. One small improvement could be made in re. the kitchen cleaning supplies/bathroom supplies, too limited for a stay longer than a week. But overall very pleasant stay. Thank you!

Beds were very uncomfortable and was a sofa bed so sqeeked at every move. Bathroom too small, shower very tight, hot water tank was directly over WC so difficult for a man to use and banging the head when standing up.

Basic but central

Not too far for all the local attractions. Felt safe walking at night. Appartment basic but comfortable and secure - apart from the pillows. Pleasant reception area. Didn't realise we would have to take our own rubbish out.

Generally very good

Fab service fab price . Very clean . Room good. Great location as 15 mins from beach and town. Only slight negative as in the centre of deserted uni campus I was often a little worried on the last 5 mins of the walk home . Would have stayed out later if had been nearer to town. Also reception finish at 7 pm every evening and accommodations felt a little isolated. However everything else was great .

Good budget accom, short walk to Port/centre

Basic but good budget accommodation, in university campus. Secure underground parking and bike storage, laundry facilities. Very helpful reception staff. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and supermarket nearby. Could possibly be noisy during main uni term but quiet in mid June. La Rochelle and Ile de Re beautiful.

great accomodation in La Rochelle

very well located, 15 mins walk from town centre or the beach. Facilities are good, staff nice and friendly. The only downside was the temperature in the room as it was really hot outside and the door/window leading on the balcony does not really allow for the room to cool down. We really enjoyed being able to make our food and live how we wanted which we couldnt in a traditional hotel.

Good for the price.

Overall this was an ok no frills place to stay. We had a few problems finding it as it is in a maze of university buildings. The sat nav took us to close by but then we walked around in the rain for 20 minutes looking for the reception. My advice would be to look for the big building with the triangular sloping roof which kind of points down the small side street that you need. Once we got booked in we went to the room which on first look seemed a bit grim but actually once we got all our stuff in and went to the local supermarket and filled the fridge it seemed more comfortable (the sun had come out by then and we had dried off too!) One thing that there was no escaping was the fact that the bed though comfortable was a fold out sofa bed which from the pictures we looked at on Expedia we were not expecting. We cooked a couple of evenings. The cooker was good and there were all the utensils and crockery that we needed. The bathroom was adequate - clean with a shower sink and toilet. The shower cubical was a bit small to move in particularly for my partner who is 6ft 3! Near to the apartment there were a few restaurant/cafes and a mini market and if your French is any good a Cinema. It is about a 10-15 minute walk into La Rochelle itself from these apartments. We are a couple in our late 20's early 30's and we aren't particularly fussy so for us this was fine. If you are a more picky person you may well notice other problems/faults that we were prepared to overlook.

Bien,établissement calme,proche du port,et du centre,le seul bemol,nous avons réservé en ligne,sur le site on voyait les chambres avec balcon,et à notre arrivé, nous n'avions pas de balcon,même pas pu prendre le petit-déjeuner en terrasse et pour nous fumeur,pas pratique,dans l'ensemble satisfaisant quand même, calme,avec parking en supplément que nous avons pris,par contre le ménage, changement de drap et serviettes de bain 1fois par semaine, ca fait 1 peu juste,sinon bonne literie

Accueil agréables pour l appart pas de balais pas de serpillière n'y saut pas de cafetières donc tout doit être enmene par le client ,pas éponge, pas état dès lieux, meuble salle de bain manque a mettre les poignées faut pas être sorties d ikea pour le voir . Niveaux accessoires de cuisines sa peut satisfaire mais à amélioré. Il à fais chaud très chaud pas de propositions de ventilateur donc jai pris le mien heureusement Simon intenables. Pour ce qui est de la douche pas de pressions sa laisse a désirer. Au final je ne louerai plus dans s'est appart hôtel merci!!
