Nice apartment with great views from the 48th floor, centrally located in Makati. Good communication from the helpful and friendly host. 2nd time I've stayed here, next time I'm in Manila I would have no hesitation staying here again.

The owner whose name escapes me now, sorry, was an excellent communicator and answered all our questions and accommodated us. She even came to meet us in her very busy day. Her apartment is excellent and has everything you need for a short or long stay. It is well located near stores, food and cafes. It is very clean and comfortable.You could not find a better place to stay. Unfortunately we only stayed 1 night before our flight home. We wish we could have stayed longer. Its only about 20 minutes from the airport too in a safe area of Manilla. Highly recommend.

Attention au moyen de paiement et nettoyage insuff

Surpris à l’arrivée par le fait qu’aucune carte de crédit n’était acceptée pour le paiement, ce que n’avions vu mentionné nulle part. Cela a compliqué la procédure et nous a pris du temps. De plus, même si c’est une grande résidence avec beaucoup de services, l’appartement est un studio à l’intérieur duquel il a été créé une chambre avec un petit lit 2 places. La surface devrait être mentionnée ! D’autre part, au niveau propreté, en apparence, c’est OK, mais nous avons été amenés à déplacer un peu le lit, et au bord, juste au dessous, il y avait un préservatif usagé ! Peut être y est il d’ailleurs encore! Pour nous c’est un point extrêmement négatif….
