First class villa in a very noisy area at night

First class villa in a very noisy area at night. The road beside the villa leads to the beach road and the best restaurant in town so a lot of traffic late into the evening. Okay if you can close your windows and turn on the AC but it was shut down for the winter season and management wouldn't turn it on so a couple of bad sleeps.
