Enjoyed a 4 night stay at Kasa. Building is very central to many attractions. Street parking was difficult on the weekend. Building is a mixed of residents and Kasa guests. The amenities floor was well kept. Would stay again if I had the opportunity.

We booked a one bedroom which was clean, spacious, and stocked with everything we needed for the stay (coffee, water, laundry detergent pods, etc.) Our space was quiet and comfortable and we especially enjoyed the outstanding amenities including the gorgeous gym and common lounge area (which also serves complimentary coffee). We will be back!

I was pleasantly surprised when i walked in. It was very spacious. The pictures online does not do it justice. It was sparkling clean, great location, the bed was comfortable. My daughter said the sofa sleeper was extremely comfortable as well. It’s the best stay I’ve ever had. I stay in only 4 stars, so this property met my criteria. It may not mean anything to anyone else but it was “budget happy”. 10 out of 10, I would definitely recommend this location.

Wonderful getaway location in Little Italy

This is our second stay in a Kasa (Chicago in summer ‘23 was our first). We really enjoyed the time here. The property was perfectly located to all kinds of things to do, and restaurants to dine at. We would absolutely stay at Kasa again!

I love how bright and cheerful the ambiance of this accommodation is, with stunning views in every direction. The lively cityscape is entertaining—I could simply sit back and watch everything unfold from the 11th floor. From birds soaring through the sky to bustling traffic, pedestrians, and even people working out, there’s always something interesting to see. The accommodation itself is spotless, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you’d need, including a washer and dryer. The welcome pastries upon arrival were a lovely touch. I would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Had a great view from the 7th floor. Very clean property with lots of space, a full kitchen and balcony. Also had a high end washing machine. Communication was quick and efficient. Really enjoyed all the amenities especially the Jacuzzi. Highly recommend and will be back again!

The hotel was beautiful. No complaints except the the breaker around the bed kept popping. They were very responsive and brought up maintenance and an electrician but after 4 hours it popped again. They were never able to fully resolve this during our 3 night stay but they did try.

The property was amazing. 2 small issues. 1. It was confusing what building amenities were included. There was a placard saying all amenities included showing pool, hot tub, gym etc. but that floor seemed to be off limits to Kasa guests. 2. The pullout was very uncomfortable - next time we will book a 2 bedroom if all amenities are included.
