Property forgot to email details, had to call. Then put the wrong address in the email, had to call close to midnight after traveling again. Main office is within walking distance, but the after hours check in could be easier considering there are multiple apartments in the area.

We were switched to a different apartment a the last minute. It was inconvenient and confusing. The new apartment was loud since it was in temple bar.

Everything was terrific. The only thing i would complain about is the advertisement of early check in. I booked with them specifically for that reason, knowing we had an overnight flight. The site says to let them know in advance early check in is needed and we did that only to be told twice, to let them know in advance. ?? Fortunately, everything worked out. We went to the headquarters to check in and they very nicely obliged an early check in. The apt was nice, clean and comfy and the agency was, in the end, very good and the staff was super nice and helpful. Highly recommend, just remember to go to headquarters to check in if you havent had early check in confirmed :)
