Place was perfect for our trip. Pretty view and good location. The bed was very firm which was fine for us but could be a little softer for comfort, Thr towels were tiny, which just made it necessary to use 2 each, I would stay here again.

Really nice property. The apartment was a great size with a beautiful kitchen. So easy to get into with your codes and I loved the gym and balcony. Only issue was the pool was closed for repairs and I wish I knew that ahead of time. All around really great!

I liked the area because of the atmosphere. It was walking distance to great eating and shopping area. The apartment was clean and the outside patio was quiet. The communication with Vrbo was great but it was more of three way communication. I left messages with the property manager about not have our room ready on time, no remote control for the TV nor did our fav get activated to enter into the building and other access to the building.

It was good, could use more dishes and cooking utensil types as well as more laundry pods. There were rags in the dryer which were useful but felt odd to find them in the dryer. We were unable to access the wifi as none of the codes provided worked.

The room was nice, big shower, bed was comfortable. Came into town for a concert. Clean, the pool was pretty. Only thing i didnt like was that you had to pay each time you parked and that was weird because ive never had hotels charge for parking. Parking fees add up quickly if you are going to different places. Overall, it was pretty and clean, but next time i will stay somewhere that includes parking

The washer/dryer was a nice surprise. The space itself was great. The bed was ok. It was the little touches that could use some help. Upgrading the toilet paper, tissue and towel quality would help give this place another star.

Housekeeping needs to be fired, our room was dirty upon arrival and when attempting to contact the buisness/owner we were treated like we were lying about the apartment conditions! We even sent picture proofs through email upon arrival and was still denied a refund!! Roaches, pubic hairs on sink, dirty towels and with food crumbs everywhere! Housekeeping offered they would clean again but when we came back to our “cleaned room” it was still in the same condition!! I would rate 0 stars if I could. So unprofessional! Do not come here!!

Located in the trendy Deep Ellum neighborhood of Downtown Dallas, this apartment complex offers many lovely things for people who actually LIVE here, but few amenities for travelers and the Deep Ellum area has not yet gotten off the ground, has few trendy bars, restaurants or ... anything much. That said, other than the locked bathroom door that took a full 24 hrs for the Vrbo People to come and unlock, and the coffee maker plugged into a non-functioning outlet (Does anyone oversee the cleaners and inspect the property before renting it?), the one-bedroom furnished apt was modern, tastefully arranged, and quite livable.
