Fabulous seaviews

Amazing large apartment in the sixth floor of the Roca apartments Unbelievable views of the sea. Huge lounge lots of comfortable furniture. Very well equipped kitchen. Two lovely brigh bedrooms. I've a double ensuite and the second with two single beds and a pull out bed. Very very clean and so quiet. Minutes walk from the centre of Torremolinos.

Large airy apartment with great views

Beautiful large apartment with great views . Nice communal pool but very busy ( many children as it was school holidays) . Only issue was one of the air conditioning units was not working and was reported but had still not been repaired before the end of our stay.

The property is in an excellent location being convenient for both town and beach. The apartment is spacious enough for two and the one we had was pool facing. We paid for a standard apartment and were slightly disappointed not to have a balcony. The twin beds were very comfortable as were the sofas. The shower door is no longer and had been replaced with a shower curtain which clings at times and unless careful, can flood floor. Staff on reception were pleasant. Pool area had undergone path work recently and grass needs to grow back in places. Unfortunately, pool had quite a lot of dirt in it.

Very good option for family and pets!

Very nice apartment complex, the situation is great! Just minutes from the beach. It has a very good swimming pool and it is pet friendly. I would recommend it definitely as the value for money is really good.

Lovely views from the balcony. The furniture needs updating looks as if it has been kitted out from an antique shop. tattered tables, lamps not working, bulbs not working. Very dark in the back bedroom even when blinds open. En-suite shower wasn't a shower it may as well have been a tap switched on. Oven not working. Had a leak in the main bathroom water dripping in. Person who lived upstairs was constantly banging every morning.

Good value

Stayed at this apartment for a short break with a couple of friends. It was clean and adequately equipped though in need of some modernisation. Reception was very helpful and friendly. Easy access to town and shops, and beach can be reached by a lift. ( Key available at reception for a small deposit). Was good value for what we paid.

I knew the location so that was perfect. amazing appartment with a lovely view and washing machine. awful blonde lady at reception in the evening had to fight with her to get another room with a bath, a safe, and she did not want to give my money back from the money for the key for the lift. I got it in the end.

This is an apartment hotel. You stay in apartments that people own and rent out. We were in 709 and it was fabulous. Fantastic views across the sea, and great quality apartment. Two bedrooms, one ensuite. However the staff were not the best. Everything seemed to be an issue, even getting the room key. We'd booked a bungalow and even though I had the paperwork with me, it was a shrug and a "see the manager later when he gets here". They had an external lift to get you down to the beach,but it was down some stairs/steep ramps.
