Great stay close to boat yard

We had a great stay at Cool running’s apt. The owner and staff are amazing! Extremely nice and we felt very safe. We were able to use the laundry free of charge. Hot water for showers. We were able to extend our stay with short notice. It is very close, 5 minute walk, to spice Island Marina where we were working on our boat. Good AC.

The property has a guard at the entrance, parking for vehicles in side the fenced area, room was spacious and had all amenities. If coming from the US be sure to bring adapter for wall outlets. A good place to stay with restaraunts about 1 mile away.

The apartment was quite cozy and comfortable. The only issues we had were that the Air Condition Unit malfunctioned at midnight on one of the nights thus we did not have much sleep that night, the cooking gas cylinder finished while cooking lunch on one of the days and the bathroom water run off was very slow so after one person had their shower, we had to wait at least 20 - 25 minutes for the run off to clear before the other person could shower. The issues with the A/C and Cooking Gas were rectified to our satisfaction but it did create some inconvenience. Would any consideration be given for that?

Yachtie's Land Staycation

Location was our prime concern. Good value. Clean and safe. The staff...Bennette, Michael and Paulina were incredibly helpful and friendly. Having a kitchen with full fridge,stove,toaster,coffee maker ,kettle and cooking utensils was such a bonus. Although hot water is only available in the shower it was not an issue. The complimentary bottles of water were a nice touch.

I booked here for my quarantine while I waited for test results. The internet was fast, running about 40mbps, and it has a full kitchen. Kitchen had an apartment sized stove and oven, toaster, microwave, electric hot water kettle, a decent selection of plates and utensils and even a small bottle of dish soap. Bed was okay, space was clean. Only two minor things, 1) sautee pans had only 1"(25mm) sides and no lamp next to bed so you must navigate in the dark back to the bed after turning off lights. They were available 24/7 for bring deliveries to the room.
