We stayed here on a quick 5-day trip and were disappointed with a few things. First, the food options are simply not good. The Beach House, beside breakfast, was terrible. The other two restaurants were nearly impossible to get reservations for and the food was sub-par. The only place we enjoyed was the Taco Bar, but it closed at 5 every day. The seaweed overtook the beach, so we were unable to enjoy the water. The smell was absolutely rancid - sewage and when the wind blew, it consumed you. The resort is small with small pools and not much to do. Every day we were tracked down to do excursions, which we weren't interested in on this trip. We loved the spa experience. We also loved our morning smoothies from Blended. And for the most part, the staff was friendly and attentive. I would definitely choose a larger resort next time with more options.

Gran fraude, prometen mucho y no lo ofrecen

desde nuestra llegada, la atención al cliente fue de indiferencia y grosera, no nos ofrecieron ninguna ayuda ante la problemática que enfrentamos al llegar aquí de que sólo se agendo Hugo, cuando éramos dos. en las instalaciones de la Playa no te permitían usar áreas especiales en la playa y querían cobrártelas o condicionarte a comprar un tiempo compartido para poderlas usar, cuando nosotros separamos un all inclusive, nos hicieron un doble cargo, y al final se negaron a hacerme la factura, la limpieza y el orden de las habitaciones estuvo muy bien, sin embargo, el trato de todas las personas que trabajan aquí de gran indiferencia hacia las personas de habla hispana, se enfocan en atender a los extranjeros. La comida está simple y de baja calidad para el costo de el lugar.

Si quisiéramos mencionar los nombres de cada persona que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera de lo mejor, tendríamos que tomar el abecedario completo, nadie queda fuera de elogio, desde la gerente hasta el personal de intendencia, todos confabulados en hacer de nuestra estancia la mejor de las experiencias. El servicio es una maravilla. Te hacen sentir como en casa, trato VIP 100% todo el tiempo, desde los chicos de Concierge, Meseros, bartenders, todos son excelentes personas dispuestas a hacer que pases tus días como una verdadera vacación, disfrutando. Los restaurantes son delis, la comida de lo mejor, bebidas del bar de lo mejor, todo un lujo. Excelente hotel para vacaciones familiares

El hotel está increíble! El staff es muy amable y servicial, la comida está buenísima. Nuestros únicos comentarios son que tuvieran al menos una alberca con calefacción y más opciones de restaurantes para el lunch.
