The host was responsive, which was appreciated. The room was adequate, though the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, you could feel the springs in your back. Notably, there is no WiFi available, which the host confirmed upon arrival; this should have been clearly stated in the listing, as it was a major inconvenience for me. There is only one bathroom shared among five apartments, with no floor mats provided, resulting in a consistently wet and slippery bathroom floor posing an extremely high risk for fall. The front entrance to the building was completely open and dirty, giving the impression of poor maintenance and raising security concerns. It felt like walking into an abandoned building.
On a positive note, the neighborhood felt safe to walk at night. However, I would not recommend this property unless key safety and comfort issues are addressed, such as adding bathroom floor mats, repairing the front door to the building, and providing accurate information in the listing.
