One entrance for many room dealers, red house vip is one of them. Poor communication except a very helpful boy. The room had cables pilling out of the walls, holes on the roof where drops of water come out. Air conditioning was not working and the bed and pillow was full of BED BUGS. I left running. Rhis was my very first time l had such a poor and scary situation in an hotel
