Breakfast was dissappointing, because its was small (ready made plates), and incredients were not fresh. Bad coffee! Hotel itself looks nice, but needs updating. We stayed for 3 nights and room wasn't cleaned this time. Location of the hotel is good and surroundings are nice.

Good: Location great near a few bars restaurants and waterfall. Easy access to ski lifts and bus, train for journeys. First class bakery opposite. Spa and pool great. Library very attractive and comfortable. Common kitchen useful from time to time. Breakast good. Not so good but ok: If kitchen users could please dry and put crockery and pots away rather than stack and leave. Bedding not changed for a week. Special: Superb staff. Especially Julia. Check out gastein.com for activities, many are guided and at no cost.

Selina is a hotel in a very old building with a lot of potential and charm situated with walking distance to the lift and magical nature experiences. However we where very disappointed on the standard of the room compared to the shown pictures and the number of ”stars” (4) on the hotel! We had a room for four. The room was small, old, dingy, with no real shower (only bathtub where we had to sit down) and it was bad (no) ventilation. Breakfast was fresh, but too little. There was also a strong and not very nice smell from old cooking in the corridor also getting into the room. If going back to BadGastein we will not stay in this hotel again.

Det var ett av de sämsta hotell vi bott på och väldigt nedgånget. Hotellet stämde inte alls överens med det som fanns på hemsidan eller på Hotels.com’s sida. Vi fick bra service när vi kom för att byta rum. Dock blev inte det nya rummet bättre. Rummet saknade gardin vid balkongen, hade brunt vatten i kranen och det luktade märkligt. Poolen var sandig och hela poolområdet var slitet och smutsigt. Vi valde därför att checka ut efter en natt och få pengarna tillbaka. Bra service och gott kaffe satte punkt för vår vistelse.

La atención en el hotel muy amable. El hotel en general es muy lindo, tiene buena ubicación. El desayuno es a la carta y hay varias opciones , rico y sano. Las habitaciones no tienen aire acondicionado

Très déçu !!!

Le service minimaliste, eau dans la douche jaune et ils ne peuvent rien faire donc par précaution aucune douche n'a été prise durant mon séjour( une nuit et c'était de trop!) Petit déjeuner super cher pour la prestation ( un café ou un thé, une salade de fruits loin d'être fraîche ,un petit bout de pain et c'est tout pour la fabuleuse somme de 9.90€ ah oui et une tranche de fromage) Le soir d'arrivée il devait avoir une soirée piscine et Bein y avait que ma femme et mes enfants.

young and hip hotel, with all dis-/advantages this brings friendly staff grand hotel in a central location nice interior small spa and a private cinema (beamer with streaming apps) many (also vegetarian/vegan) options for breakfast (no buffet, but set menus) - very soft beds and noisy at night (music and loud shatter into the night) - pricey breakfast and coffee - reception service could have been more attentive
