The hotel is in the very city center near the shops and restaurants, at the same time it is very calm in the room. The breakfast was good, I loved the opportunity to buy a place on the beach in the hotel. Thank you a lot!

Very nice small hotel in the middle of town Staff is amazing, I have stayed here before in a smaller room but this time we booked the room looking at the church 16 kvm. Clean room and quiet. You can buy breakfast at the cafe

The staff were super friendly and helpful with any questions. Breakfast had a nice variety of items. Room was basic but comfortable and roomy, great to have a kitchenette. Loved the high ceilings and classic feel of the room/building. Location was awesome and convenient for transportation/restaurants/shopping/beach. Would definitely recommend.

A cozy, comfortable and well-run studio apartment hotel, just minutes to the beach and Place Masséna. Terrific reception and customer service, strong wifi, and surprisingly quiet. Definitely recommended!

The best apartment in Nice!

The stay at Ajoupa apartment was nice for me. Nice reception on the same floor, staffs were very responsive and nice. There are full kitchen and all fans, dishes and stuff are clean. Additionally, 2 double beds was suit for family. I would recommend this apartments for everyone visiting Nice!!!

Good option in the heart of Nice, fantastic location. Friendly staff. The property doesn’t have parking available, which was a challenge with a car, however managed using public car parks. Large rooms. Hotel trying to be more sustainable which is nice, need to ask day in advance is want new linen etc

Nice but not 4 star

Great location but marred by old disused scaffolding outside the window. Stayed in one bedroom apartment next to the hotel and it was far too expensive for the quality of the place. In need of maintenance eg lock and handle in bathroom fell off. This was not a four star hotel.

room was large enough for a single but dismal looking inside, particularly when compared to nearby AMMI Lafayette. Elevator and stair situation poor, hotel signage situation outside horrible. Mini kitchen amenities not nearly as good as AMMI Lafayette except refrigerator, which was decent size. Need shelf for soap dispenser in shower, provide more coffee pods, bigger table or counter space needed.

Excellent studio apartment

Excellent studio apartment. Situated right in the middle of the city on a pedestrian mall. Apartment is in an older building, but it is clean and comfortable. WiFi works well, kitchenette is well appointed, bathroom is spacious and clean (show cubicle is on of the few we have come across in Europe that does not leak), A/C works well. Reception is situated in a different building across the street (easy to find). Staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in an excellent location. Restaurants and bars everywhere, 5 minute walk to the Nice historical centre, 5 minute walk down to the beach, tram station on the corner for easy access to the train station. There is nothing about this apartment not to like. We liked it so much we stayed an extra 5 nights.

Tv with no English channels - no news channels !!! … they did try and fix it but with no luck .., so they just gave up .. first room was tiny but they were nice and did manage to change rooms . As we were leaving it would have been nice for reception behind desk to say goodbye etc as it’s all meant to be a personal stay and not a big hotel - all not quite there yet

Mini week for two

We had a fantastic mini week in Nice and the location of this hotel contributed to this experience. The location very close to the beach, as well as walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and tourist activities was fantastic.

The building is not entirely the hotel and it is shared with some other people. The interior is old. Limited materials are supplied and the hotel assumes that the guest will bring everything they need. Overall, it is not qualified as a hotel but more like a rented room.

Everything was solid for the price we paid. I just wish I knew that the elevators stopped between floors and we needed to bring our suitcases up half a flight. And that we couldnt be dropped pff by uber in front of our hotel as its a pedestrian street. So we had to walk a block with our suitcases as well. Everything else was great. Staff helped when needed. Shower pressure good. Update rooms and good size

Great stay near the old town

Very central location, we walked everywhere. Our balcony overlooked a pedestrian area, very lively and touristy, and very pleasant. Great breakfast (the pear tart....ooh lala!), although the space is a little tight, but they do let you take a tray to your room if you like to, which is a lovely treat. Excellent staff, very helpful. Our room had a kitchenette, and we loved it. Lots of restaurants and cafés nearby, and lots of shopping opportunities too.
